To participate in Hi Bohemia events, a formal application is required.

All applications are confidential and reviewed by the Hi Bohemia Council to maintain the highest level of guests at our events.

If a candidate meets the professional, reputational, and aesthetic criteria of our council, they will be granted Member status and contacted directly. Such guests are allowed to purchase selected tickets for upcoming events, as well as membership, which grants access to private events and privileges not granted to non-members.

Clear and recent photos must be provided. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be considered.

The privacy and security of our community and guests are of utmost importance, and maintaining confidentiality is expected from all members, guests, performers, staff, and officials. By attending any event, you agree to the following:

  • You will not reveal the identity of any member, guest, participant, performer, employee, or official to the media;
  • You will refrain from taking or attempting to take photos or videos during the event;
  • You will treat everyone with respect;
  • You will seek consent before engaging in physical contact;
  • You will promptly inform event security or staff if you become aware of, or have reason to believe, that someone’s safety or ability to give consent is in question;
  • You understand that any breach of this agreement will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund and a lifetime ban from future events.
